Allocation and Impact

Flanders has identified 1.379 million euro of eligible expenditures in 2017, so the inaugural issuance is allocated in full immediately.

We financed ESA expenditures of 2017 in 3 categories:

  • Energy Efficiency in Buildings
  • Access to Education
  • Affordable Housing

Future transactions can also include ESA expenditures in the category pollution prevention and control. This depends on Flanders’ budgetary situation as explained in the allocation methodology.
